Shortly after opening its first two eye care locations in Ontario, IRIS The Visual Group was sued by the College of Optometrists of Ontario for alleged violation of College regulations. IRIS enlisted H+K Strategies to help protect the company’s reputation and reassure customers, employees, suppliers and prospective partners that life was "business as usual." The College withdrew its legal challenge, and due in part to its transparent communication with all stakeholders, IRIS maintained its existing relationships and successfully opened new locations across Ontario.
